Formación

Senior Applications Developer, Adobe Commerce

Location: Anywhere in Mexico (Remote) or Brazil (Remote)

Position Summary

Bentley is in the midst of a transformational journey to unify our brand while modernizing sales, marketing, support, and ERP platforms to upscale our user experience and processes across the enterprise. The Digital Business Enablement team is focused on partnering with their stakeholders to deliver world-class enterprise applications focused on streamlining our processes and user experience. To complement this effort, the team is seeking a developer to support our Adobe Commerce application landscape. The ideal candidate will have experience with implementation and maintenance of Adobe Commerce (Magento) platform to deliver a seamless and secure digital purchasing experience across a business with high complexity. They will understand the Adobe Commerce solution and general eCommerce architectures with the ability to configure and develop code within the environment. This candidate will also need to be skilled in developing across various integration points including with Adobe’s AppBuilder. If you are a candidate who has a vision of what could be and a belief in driving impact, then you may be the ideal person for this position.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in project discovery and ticket creation and confirmation to ensure detailed understanding of business requirements to be solutioned.
  • Experience with Adobe’s AppBuilder architecture, including JavaScript and Node.js languages.
  • Support the technical design and solution architecture to meet business requirements by employing best practices for development and configuration of the eCommerce platform.
  • Develop code for integration with other applications such as Recurly, Adyen, Vertex, and provide ongoing support for existing code set.
  • Experienced in CI/CD based code management, version control, and release orchestration.
  • Conduct quality reviews, unit and integrated testing on configuration and developed solutions.
  • Define and enforce best practices for development and configuration of solutions on the eCommerce platform.
  • Collaborative problem solving with operations, technology, testing, and product management teams.
  • Analysis and execution of upgrades and patching to the Adobe Commerce environment.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience with development on the Adobe Commerce (Magento) platform.
  • Certification in Adobe Commerce (Magento) version 2.x.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Node.JS, API and web services, PHP, HTML, XML.
  • Agile implementation methodology experience; executing on multiple simultaneous sprints.
  • Experience building major 3rd party systems integrations (CRMs, ERPs, Payment Gateways, Subscription services, etc.), in-depth knowledge of Adobe Commerce APIs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Thorough analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A data-driven mentality, following sales and accounts through all aspects of sales.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other globally disbursed team members.
