Arkema is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to oversee AP operations across multiple legal entities. You will drive timely payments, ensure internal controls, and provide excellent service to stakeholders.

You will manage AP within ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), support month-end and audits, monitor KPIs, and lead continuous improvement across AP. Strong leadership and English proficiency are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
• 7 years of experience, with 3-5 years leading AP teams.
• Experience managing AP processes in SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• Fluent Business English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day AP operations across multiple entities.
• Ensure timely payments and adherence to internal controls.
• Manage AP activities within ERP systems.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close and audits.
• Monitor AP KPIs, cash flow forecasting, and working capital.
• Drive process improvements and standardization in AP.
• Lead intercompany reconciliations with Purchasing and Treasury.
• Supervise and develop the AP team.
