Formación

• Requires 5-8 years of experience in marketing analytics, modeling or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills to filter, prioritize and validate complex data.
• Excellent communication and diplomacy skills; leadership within teams.
• Experience coaching and training new recruits is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Takes the lead on the delivery of assigned ongoing projects.
• Leads coordination, consolidation, evaluation, and presentation of analytics efforts and reporting.
• Performs modeling, scenario analysis and development of recommendations.
• Appropriately assess risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, rules and Citi policies.
