As a Senior Analyst, Master Data Governance, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and governance of master data across the organization. This position is accountable for managing and maintaining the quality of master data, driving process improvements, and facilitating data governance initiatives.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams to establish and enforce data governance policies, procedures, and standards. You will work with stakeholders to identify and resolve data quality issues, implement data management best practices, and drive continuous improvement in master data processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and maintain the quality of master data, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data governance standards.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to establish and enforce data governance policies, procedures, and standards.

  • Identify and resolve data quality issues, working with stakeholders to implement corrective actions and preventive measures.

  • Drive process improvements in master data management, implementing best practices and automation where possible.

  • Develop and maintain data governance documentation, including data standards, data dictionaries, and data quality metrics.

  • Provide training and facilitate end-users on data governance processes and tools.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in master data governance.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in data management, data governance, or a related role.

  • Strong knowledge of master data management ethics and best practices.

  • Experience in managing and maintaining master data in an enterprise environment.

  • Excellent thoughtfulness and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in data governance tools and technologies.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data thoughtfulness tools.
