A leading financial technology company is seeking a Senior Analyst for their Strategy & Operations team. You will collaborate across support, fraud, and sales teams to ensure customer service excellence and monitor for fraud. Ideal candidates have over 3 years of experience in strategy, product management or consulting, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency in data analysis tools. This position primarily supports NYC-based or remote jobs.

About the Team

We focus on helping Merchants access critical financial products to grow and operate their businesses. Our team aims to provide high-demand products with the best end-to-end experience, enhancing value through our platform and external partnerships.

About the Role

You will collaborate with support, fraud, and sales teams within our Merchant Financials pod on the Ads & Promos team. Your responsibilities include ensuring excellent customer service, fraud prevention, and providing data insights for decision-making. This involves responding to inquiries, resolving issues, monitoring transactions for fraud, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Strategize: Understand merchant needs, prioritize by impact, and develop solutions with cross-functional teams.
  • Build: Implement new product features and processes for managing merchant financial products.
  • Construct: Bring structure to ambiguous situations and create playbooks where none exist.
  • Analyze: Use data to inform hypotheses and persuade partners.
  • Influence: Work across teams to align on strategies and bring products to market.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years in strategy & operations, product management, investment banking, management consulting, M&A, preferably in finance or fintech.
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on first principles and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL for data analysis.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-changing environment.
  • Fluent in Spanish; C1+ proficiency in English.
