Plata Card is seeking a senior AML/CFT professional to strengthen the first line of defense for our SME banking operations in Mexico. You will lead AML operations, guide analysts day to day, and own the quality of the entire SME AML/CFT program.

Requirements include 5+ years in AML/CFT within financial services, CNBV certification, and fluency in English and Spanish. You will set criteria, report to senior management, and drive continuous improvement and regulatory alignment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• CNBV AML/CFT certification is mandatory.
• 5+ years of experience in AML/CFT in the financial sector.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise SME AML/CFT operations teams with focus on process quality.
• Own the quality of transactional monitoring and onboarding decisions.
• Act as liaison between first and second line of defense to clarify criteria.
• Set criteria and ensure teams understand applicable regulations and typologies.
• Identify quality gaps and drive corrective actions and training.
• Prepare periodic management reports on performance, backlog, quality, and risk trends.
• Coordinate policy owners to ensure policy execution reflects operations.

Educación

Bachelor's Degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
