The position requires 4+ years in Software/ML Engineering, strong PyTorch expertise, and excellent English. BairesDev offers 100% remote work, USD or local currency compensation, and a supportive, globally distributed team.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, ML Engineering, or Data Science.
• Proven expertise in developing deep learning models and training pipelines using PyTorch.
• Proficiency in optimizing model performance using CUDA and GPU acceleration.
• Hands-on experience with core deep learning architectures and model training best practices.
• Deep understanding of PyTorch internals or custom extensions.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement deep learning architectures and training workflows using PyTorch.
• Optimize model performance and training efficiency by leveraging CUDA and GPU acceleration.
• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and refine complex model behaviors to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Stay current with the PyTorch ecosystem to implement custom extensions or contribute to framework internals.
• Collaborate with data scientists to translate theoretical research into production-ready software.
