You will guide rapid PoC development, design robust microservices, and ensure production monitoring and code governance. Strong English and communication skills are essential in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical leadership roles.
• Strong Python proficiency.
• Hands-on experience in applied ML, AI, and GenAI projects.
• Experience with LLMs.
• Practical knowledge of microservices.
• Experience with monitoring applications in production and Git.
• Advanced English.
• Excellent communication, proactivity, and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with Scrum or Agile.
