Solventum, a health-tech company, seeks an AI/ML Technical Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team and drive end-to-end AI projects from feasibility to production, across global teams.

This role requires hands-on architecture, collaboration with product managers and data scientists, and a track record delivering production AI in regulated environments. Excellent English and mentoring across continents are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/AI/ML/Data Science or related field.
• 8+ years in AI/ML roles with production AI delivery experience.
• 3+ years managing and developing technical teams.
• Professional proficiency in English with global collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary AI/ML technical team with hiring and growth responsibilities.
• Architect, design, and guide AI/ML solutions from feasibility to production deployment.
• Apply traditional and modern AI techniques including LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI.
• Partner with stakeholders to define scope, metrics, deployment needs, and adoption plans.
