Job summary

XChange Software Inc is seeking experienced AI Engineers to design, deploy, and optimize production-grade Generative AI, Agentic AI, and multi-agent systems. The role is hands-on, covering development, integration, testing, deployment, monitoring, and incident resolution across the full AI lifecycle.

You will work with Gemini, Google ADK, Vertex AI, LangChain, and vector databases, building robust data pipelines, CI/CD, and observability to ensure high availability, security, and data privacy.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and deploying multi-agent AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain multi-agent AI systems and orchestrations.
• Build API integrations, RAG pipelines, and vector DB solutions.
• Develop data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, and data validation processes.
• Monitor production AI systems, troubleshoot failures, and perform RCA.
• Implement AI observability and telemetry for production systems.
• Establish automated testing and continuous evaluation of AI outputs.
• Ensure security, access controls, and data privacy in AI workflows.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and production deployments.
