Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in AI solution engineering or related roles.
• Strong hands-on Java development in production environments.
• Experience designing agentic AI systems and autonomous agents.
• Leadership and collaboration in small Agile teams; governance focus.

Responsibilities

• Design AI-powered chat interface components tailored to financial advisor workflows.
• Build and maintain agentic AI modules for complex, autonomous interaction scenarios.
• Integrate AI capabilities with existing banking platforms to ensure reliable end-to-end data flow.
• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms to control user access within the solution.
• Enforce auditing, monitoring, and governance controls to meet security and compliance expectations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into compliant technical designs.
• Participate in regular project meetings to communicate progress, risks, and decisions.
• Research and apply emerging AI methods to improve solution effectiveness and robustness.
• Manage tasks autonomously while adjusting priorities as project needs evolve.
