The Work

• Lead the design and architecture of scalable and secure generative AI solutions on AWS.
• Develop, fine-tune, and deploy advanced AI and ML models using Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, and other AWS services.
• Write production-quality Python code for AI model development, data processing, and system integration.
• Integrate AI models into larger application ecosystems ensuring performance and scalability.
• Define and implement MLOps best practices including CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, and version control.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers while guiding AI strategy and solution design.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to turn business needs into technical solutions.

Needed Expertise

• At least 8 years of professional experience in software engineering focused on AI and machine learning.
• Expert programming skills in Python and core ML libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
• Proven hands-on experience with AWS AI and ML tools including Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker.
• Strong understanding of MLOps practices including automation and CI/CD for ML workflows.
• Solid foundation in computer science principles like data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Experience with AWS services such as S3, Lambda, Step Functions, and DynamoDB plus containerization with Docker or Kubernetes.
• Preferred AWS certifications in Machine Learning or Solutions Architecture and familiarity with IaC tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
