EarnIn is seeking a senior engineer to join the DevelSoper Experience team to design and ship AI-native tooling that accelerates how EarnIn engineers build, ship, and operate software. This is a remote role, with potential hybrid work from our Mexico City office as we expand.

EarnIn offers healthcare, internet and cell phone reimbursement, a learning stipend, and travel opportunities to Mountain View. Salary ranges are role- and location-dependent, and visa sponsorship is not provided.

Formación

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 3+ years building infrastructure or internal tooling for developer teams.
• Fluency in Python or Go.
• Hands-on experience building agentic or LLM-powered systems in production.
• Experience integrating with LLM APIs (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, or equivalent).
• Experience with GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD platforms.
• Daily use of AI-assisted development tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and deploy tools that accelerate engineering velocity.
• Architect multi-step agentic systems with guardrails and reliable scale.
• Embed AI capabilities into CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions workflows.
• Guide engineering teams on observable, scalable systems as a force multiplier.
• Partner with engineers to map high-friction workflows to automation and measure impact.
• Instrument AI-powered features with end-to-end logging and monitoring.
• Document patterns and best practices for reuse across the org.
• Define metrics for AI-assisted tooling and run time-bound experiments.
