Monks is seeking a visionary AI Specialist Sr to join our hybrid team in Mexico, bridging cutting-edge AI developments with creative social content. You will prototype internal tools via APIs and educate internal teams and external AI enthusiasts.

You will drive technical foresight, produce compelling AI-driven content for social channels, and develop playbooks to integrate AI across strategy, creative, and operations.

Formación

• Proven experience in coding and hands-on proficiency with AI/ML APIs.
• Able to translate complex technical concepts into clear language.
• Experience training others and documenting processes.
• Deep understanding of AI ecosystems and current LLM trends.
• Ability to design, prototype, and implement internal AI tools.
