Luxoft is expanding an AI-enabled QA automation framework for a major OTT platform, combining design and hands-on development of AI-powered internal tools with test automation expertise. The Senior AI Developer will translate test engineering challenges into AI solutions, building AB testing automation, and streamlining RAG pipelines.

Formación

• Hands-on AWS Bedrock—model access, Lambda integration, and knowledge bases.
• Experience designing AI agents, agentic workflows, and guardrails.
• End-to-end RAG pipeline implementation: chunking, embedding, indexing, retrieval, generation.
• Strong prompt engineering: zero/one/few-shot, JSON output, multi-turn.
• Familiar with vector databases: OpenSearch, Pinecone or Faiss.
• Understanding when to use fine-tuning vs RAG.
• Experience with LLM orchestration tools like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Knowledge of embeddings for semantic similarity.
• Python for Lambda and AI scripting.
• Java for test automation and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiar with ReportPortal or similar test reporting tools.
• REST API concepts and usage.
• Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.
• AWS services: S3, Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, OpenSearch Serverless.
• Docker containerized test execution environments.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement AI-powered solutions for automated test triage and CBT using LLMs and RAG.
• Develop AI-enabled test case generation from feature specs and Jira/Confluence docs.
• Build AWS Lambda functions and API Gateway endpoints to integrate AI into CI/CD.
• Apply best practices for prompts, guardrails, and JSON outputs.
• Triage test failures in ReportPortal and integrate AI results with QMetry (QTM4J).
• Support CI/CD pipeline health via Nightly Builds and release automation in Jenkins.
• Contribute to framework improvements through bug fixes, refactoring, and enhancements.
• Present AI demos to stakeholders and document architecture in Confluence.
