Luxoft is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automotive software development and testing. The role focuses on automation, IaC provisioning, and integration of automated testing across distributed teams.

The ideal candidate has strong scripting skills (Python/Bash), hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps, plus containerized environments and Linux proficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS, EE, or related field.
• 5+ years in DevOps, CI/CD, or release engineering.
• Hands-on with designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced knowledge of Git and version-control workflows.
• Strong Python or Bash scripting skills.
• Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps.
• Linux environments and CLI proficiency.
• Docker and containerized environments.
• Automated testing integration in CI/CD.
• Troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Distributed engineering teams experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automotive software development and testing.
• Automate build, integration, testing, deployment, and reporting processes.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD workflows using Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or equivalent.
• Manage and optimize build and test environments for distributed development and testing teams.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines across software levels.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using IaC principles.
• Develop scripts using Python or Bash.
• Configure and maintain build agents, runners, VMs, containers.
• Monitor pipeline performance and optimize bottlenecks.
• Troubleshoot build, deployment, infra, connectivity issues.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers.
• Define and maintain branching, versioning, artifact management, and release processes.
• Support integration of automotive development/testing tools into the CI/CD ecosystem.
• Ensure security, access control, and credential management in CI/CD.
• Define and maintain DevOps best practices and technical standards.
