Zusammenfassung

AlertMedia, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with full-stack experience to help build the AI Assistant and Orchestration products. You will work across Python/Django, Next.js/React, and Node, shipping features for an AI-forward platform that powers agents and platform capabilities.

You will join a collaborative team, contribute to high-quality code with tests, and leverage AWS and modern AI tools to move fast and deliver robust solutions from a remote role based in Mexico.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of experience building scalable web applications using Python/Django/React/Node tech stack.
• Hands-on experience shipping LLM-powered features - agents, tool/function calling, retrieval, evaluation.
• Familiar with agentic design patterns (LangChain, Strands, AutoGen).
• Experience with AWS or other cloud services and with PostgreSQL/Redis.

Aufgaben

• Build and ship features for the AI Assistant and Orchestration products - agents, tools, and the approval steps.
• Add eval cases for AI behavior to catch quality regressions before release.
• Learn the AlertMedia platform, tools, and their uses for customers.
• Work with Python, Django, Next.js, React, Node and other web technologies.
• Use AI-enabled tools like Claude, Codex, and other platforms to support development and productivity.
• Work in an Agile environment using Git, JIRA, Jenkins, and Slack.
• Contribute to architectural evolution and new ideas for leveraging technology in the product line.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams through strong communication.
