Collins Aerospace, an RTX company, seeks a Sr Manager, PTO/Equip Engineering, to lead and develop engineering teams supporting product development, producibility, testing, qualification, and program execution. You will drive technical direction, coordinate cross-functional activities, manage deliverables and budgets, and advance key metrics.

The role requires setting goals, organizing resources, and communicating with senior leadership; travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.

Competenze

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 7 years of experience.
• Engineering team leadership experience, including work assignment, technical deliverable review, and performance management.
• Aerospace engineering experience with aircraft structures, parts, or components.
• Component qualification, validation, and testing experience, including test results documentation.
• Engineering investigation experience, including root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action implementation.

• Lead and develop the engineering team by establishing goals and priorities, assigning and reviewing work, monitoring performance, and providing training.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate engineering activities, resources, and priorities to support program goals and key milestones.
• Coordinate Development, Value Engineering, Producibility, and Testing activities with program customers and internal teams.
• Drive closure of technical challenges by providing technical direction and guidance.
• Coordinate design and stress analysis activities, including task assignments and milestone tracking.
