Airbus Helicopters Mexico Querétaro, S.A. DE C.V. seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to optimize production processes, define build plans and ensure shop floor readiness.

You will drive routings, time estimates and manufacturing readiness reviews, collaborating with Design and Supply Chain to translate industrial needs into actionable steps. Requirements include 5+ years in manufacturing/aero engineering, GD&T, Lean/Six Sigma knowledge, CATIA and SAP experience, plus strong communication and

Formación

• 5+ years in manufacturing engineering or aeronautical/ mechanical engineering
• Knowledge of GD&T and interpretation of drawings
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
• Knowledge and skills in assembly operations (drilling, countersinking, deburring, riveting, sealing, sanding, torque, rework, etc.)
• Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA & SPC)
• Handling of measuring instruments
• Effective communication and decision making
• Teamwork and problem solving (8D, 5W, etc.)
• Project management principles

Responsabilidades

• Improve production processes and provide work preparation expertise.
• Define Build Process and time at operation level.
• Manage Technical Sequencing and Delta FAI activities.
• Drive standardization and cost-efficient manufacturing practices.
