Ingersoll Rand Inc. is seeking an Accounting Analyst to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. You will develop accounting procedures, oversee financial statements, reconcile general ledger accounts, and support budgeting and audits.

Role requires strong analytical skills and extensive accounting knowledge. The position involves coordinating with auditors and management to provide insightful financial analysis, while ensuring compliance with regulations and internal controls.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is required.
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting experience and knowledge of GAAP.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare financial statements including balance sheets and P&L.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and manage month-end close.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes and provide analyses.
