Ingersoll Rand plc is seeking an Accounting Analyst in Mexico City to ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain accounting controls. The role involves preparing financial statements, reconciling ledgers, managing payables and treasury tasks, and coordinating with auditors.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in accounting, strong GAAP knowledge, and experience with Oracle, Hyperion and Oracle BI. English proficiency is required; Portuguese is a plus.

The Accounting Analyst to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, develop and maintain accounting procedures and policies to comply with regulations and company standards, oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, review and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness, manage the accounts payable and treasury processes, ensuring timely entries and payments, coordinate with external and internal auditors to ensure compliance with audit requirements, provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management to support decision making, assist in the development and monitoring of budgets and forecasts and stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency
