Bright Machines in Mexico is seeking a seasoned accounting professional to manage monthly tax calculations (ISR, IVA) and collaborate with our external accounting firm using CONTPaq. You will prepare working papers, coordinate data submissions, and liaise with tax advisors to review and approve calculations.

You will handle month-end provisions including payroll accruals (ISR, PTU, ISN, IMSS, INFONAVIT, aguinaldo, vacations), fixed service accruals, Navan expenses, and IVA reclassifications,

Formación

• 4+ years of audit, technical accounting and/or financial reporting experience.
• 3+ years of payroll administration, including multi-state payroll.
• Familiarity with CONTPaq and Contabilidad Electrónica.
• Experience working with external payroll vendors.
• Advanced Excel and payroll/accounting reporting tools.
• Knowledge of Transfer Pricing regulations in Mexico (desired).

Responsabilidades

• Calculate monthly taxes (ISR, IVA, and other taxes); prepare working papers; coordinate data submission to external accounting firm; liaise with tax advisor for review and approval of calculations.
• Prepare and record month-end provisions: payroll accruals (ISR, PTU, ISN, IMSS, INFONAVIT, aguinaldo, vacations, vacation premium); fixed service accruals and Navan expenses; warehouse lease amortization; IVA reclassifications.
