Job summary

ETAP is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our finance team in Irvine, CA. The successful candidate will report to the Assistant Controller and support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP.

Ideally, you bring 5+ years of accounting experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Sage 100 and Microsoft Office. This role offers hybrid work arrangement and opportunities to contribute to a dynamic global finance function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• Five plus years of related accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal policies.
• Support internal and external audits and prepare schedules.
• Reconcile intercompany transactions and maintain general ledger accuracy.
• Prepare cash flow and working capital reports.
