  • Organize and maintain digital financial records across internal systems.
  • Assist with internal reporting and support month-end close processes.
  • Help improve accounting workflows and documentation practices.

They are seeking a Senior Accountant to join their growing team and play a key role in building the financial foundation of a purpose-driven business. The Senior Accountant will support day-to-day transactional activities and help maintain financial clarity across operations. What You'll Do

  • Perform monthly bookkeeping using QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and timely recording
  • Process weekly accounts payable, including invoice review, vendor communication, and payment scheduling
  • Support bank and credit card reconciliations, verifying transactions, and maintaining audit-ready records
  • Organize and maintain digital financial records across internal systems
  • Assist with internal reporting and support month-end close processes
  • Help improve accounting workflows and documentation practices
  • Collaborate closely with the finance and operations teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal controls

What You Need

  • 2+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in internal finance roles
  • Solid knowledge of QuickBooks and general accounting principles
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working independently in fast-paced, remote environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Nice to Have:
  • Experience supporting e-commerce or retail companies
  • Familiarity with multi-entity accounting (working with multiple legal entities or business units)
  • Understanding of U.S. GAAP and compliance processes.
  • Experience with tools like Bill.com, Expensify, Gusto, or similar platforms

Salary & Perks

  • Competitive USD Compensation
  • This is a full-time, long-term position.
  • The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.
  • Work from home.
  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (+/- 1 hour accepted) - PST.
