PSC Industries seeks a senior accountant in Mexico to manage full-cycle accounting, prepare journal entries, perform reconciliations, and support month-end close. You will analyze financial statements and collaborate with operations teams to drive process improvements for accuracy and timely reporting.

Ideal candidates have a public accounting background, a professional license, 7-8 years of experience, and strong Excel skills. Experience with Yardi is a plus. This is an on-site role in Mexico.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting is required.
• Professional License (Cédula Profesional) is required.
• 7-8 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong full-cycle accounting experience including month-end close.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform full-cycle accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close.
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules.
• Analyze financial transactions and identify discrepancies or unusual variances.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with financial statement preparation and reporting activities.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve accounting issues and improve processes.
• Complete assigned deliverables accurately and within established deadlines.
• Proactively elevate risks, blockers, or missing information.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies.

• Eligible to work in Mexico.
• Preferred: Experience working in a small public accounting firm.
• Preferred: Experience in audit, tax, or accounting services environments.
• Preferred: Experience supporting multi-entity accounting operations.
• Preferred: Experience with Yardi.
