IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences, seeks a Finance professional to drive accuracy and compliance across global operations. Based in Tecnoparque, Azcapotzalco, this hybrid role partners with Treasury, Tax, GBS and Corporate Finance to deliver timely, compliant financial reporting.

You will handle journal entries in SAP, perform reconciliations, and support month-, quarter-, and year-end closes while ensuring US GAAP and local standards

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar field.
• 3-4 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliance or controllership activities.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls.
• Experience with SAP and account reconciliations; audit support.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and record journal entries in SAP and Central Finance (CFIN).
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and balance sheet reviews.
• Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate preparation of local statutory financial statements per Argentine requirements.
• Maintain accounting records and statutory books per legal/tax rules.
• Support audits with reconciliations, schedules and analyses.
• Prepare and review tax reporting packages and income tax provision support.
• Partner with Treasury, Tax, GBS and Corporate Finance to resolve issues.
• Ensure SOX controls and local GAAP compliance.

Where You'll Make a Difference

• Prepare and record journal entries in SAP and Central Finance (CFIN) , ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and balance sheet reviews to support strong financial governance and reporting accuracy.
• Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities , ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Coordinate the preparation of local statutory financial statements and supporting documentation in compliance with Argentine regulatory requirements .
• Maintain accounting records and statutory books in accordance with Argentine legal, tax and accounting requirements .
• Support external and internal audits by providing reconciliations, schedules, analyses and required documentation.
• Prepare and review tax reporting packages and support income tax provision activities.
• Partner with Treasury, Tax, Global Business Services (GBS) and Corporate Finance teams to resolve accounting, reporting and compliance matters.
• Ensure compliance with SOX controls , company policies, US GAAP a nd Local GAAP .

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting .
• 3-4 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliance or controllership activities .
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, accounting principles, financial reporting and internal controls .
• Experience working with SAP .
• Experience with account reconciliations, statutory reporting and audit support activities .
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency with the ability to collaborate effectively in a global environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to build effective partnerships with local, regional and global stakeholders .

How Would You Stand Out?

Previous experience supporting accounting operations, statutory reporting or legal entities in Argentina .

Knowledge of Argentine accounting, tax and regulatory requirements .

Experience working in multinational organizations or shared services environments .
