We admire the importance of innovative social media strategies and are committed to connecting talented individuals with great companies that need their unique skills.

Our mission is to provide great jobs to gifted people, regardless of location.

Our client is a modern boutique professional services firm operating as a multi‑family office. They partner with growth‑oriented, high‑performing individuals, families, and their enterprises—helping them navigate complex global business and financial needs.

Their work spans banking, investments, tax, legal affairs, and family office administration, blending strategy, advice, and execution.

Role Overview

We’re seeking a Senior Account Manager to serve as a Client Facilitator, supporting the lead advisor in delivering exceptional service to our high‑net‑worth (HNW) and ultra‑high‑net‑worth (UHNW) clients. This role bridges advisor‑led client engagements and service delivery, ensuring client priorities are captured, organized, and advanced with precision.

You’ll work alongside the Principal Advisor from the start of client relationships, managing follow‑through, coordinating execution, and maintaining an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate has a background in financial services, account management, or operations, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and is equally comfortable managing fine details and big‑picture priorities.

This position offers a career path toward either a client‑facing advisory role or a senior operations / client service leadership role.

Responsibilities
  • Track and document all advisor‑client interactions in the CRM.
  • Manage the prospective client pipeline, including follow‑ups, recap emails, and meeting preparation.
  • Draft and send scopes of work and engagement agreements; manage recurring billing setup.
  • Maintain and track discussion topics with current and prospective clients.
  • Aggregate and maintain key client documents (tax returns, entity records, licenses, etc.).
  • Create client‑ready presentations and deliverables aligned with brand standards.
  • Monitor fulfillment of recurring client services (e.g., tax filings, entity maintenance).
  • Coordinate information flow between internal teams and external partners to meet deadlines.
  • Step in as needed to support client services across banking, investment, legal, and tax areas.
  • Provide light para‑planning support, ensuring accurate client data entry into planning / reporting tools.
  • Maintain trackers for inbound investment opportunities by asset class, manager, and risk / return profile.
  • Keep due diligence and active investment records up to date.
Requirements
  • 3–7 years in operational, account management, or project management roles within financial services, law, tax, or family office firms within the U.S.
  • 4+ years in financial services, including at least 2 years in UHNW wealth management, family office services, or a related setting within the U.S.
  • Preferred certifications: Series 65, CFP, CPA / PFS, CPWA or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, tax strategy, banking & lending, estate planning, and investment principles.
  • Proven project management skills and experience delivering high‑quality, sensitive client work.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, CRM platforms, and financial planning / reporting tools.
Skills and Attributes
  • Highly organized, with a talent for bringing structure to complexity.
  • High emotional intelligence—skilled at balancing urgency with tact.
  • Proactive and comfortable owning projects in ambiguous situations.
  • Strong written communication skills—professional, warm, and clear.
  • Tech‑savvy with experience in CRMs, client portals, spreadsheets, and file systems.
  • Strategic, solutions‑oriented mindset with a passion for connecting clients to the right resources.
