Requiere un mínimo de 3 años de experiencia con Salesforce y certificaciones relevantes.

Formación

  • Minimum 3 years experience with Salesforce platform.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Support Engineer to join our team and help maintain, optimize, and evolve our Salesforce environment. If you're passionate about the Salesforce ecosystem, enjoy problem-solving, and thrive in dynamic environments — this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Provide daily support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications, with a focus on Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and integrations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions, improve performance, and resolve technical challenges.

Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce components.

Support system integrations using APIs and middleware tools.

Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.

What You Bring

Education & Background:

Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

3+ years of experience working with the Salesforce platform.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and integration tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience working independently and managing multiple tasks.

Familiarity with Java is a plus.

Certifications:

Salesforce Administrator

Salesforce Platform Developer I (required)

Bonus Points For:

Experience in Finance or FinTech industries.

Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.

Working knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps in Salesforce environments.
