Medallia is seeking a Semi Senior IT System Engineer for Identity and Access Management. You will work with internal and external teams to secure access across our IT cloud, data centers, systems and networks to provide a secure, performant and consistent user experience globally.

The role involves hands-on implementation of IAM platforms, investigations into access modifications, and collaboration with stakeholders across engineering and security.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, CS, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in hands-on IT role with server support and user management (Windows Server, AD, SSO, PKI, VDI, API calls).
• 3+ years building and maintaining external cloud and SaaS services.
• 1+ years managing IDP solutions (Okta, Entra ID, Ping).
• Knowledge of OSI layers 3-7 and troubleshooting.
• Scripting/Automation with Python, PowerShell, and shell scripting.
• Datasets management for reporting (Excel, Google Sheets, PowerBI, Tableau).
• MDM management (JAMF/Intune).
• Willingness to work from office and travel to global offices; English proficiency.

• Be the escalation point for access and authorization across IT platforms for the user community.
• Monitor and correct deviations in security posture and enforce best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering, information security and other teams to align goals and roadmap.

• Develop and update online support documentation and troubleshoot issues.
