Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years cross-functional experience with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years defining and implementing data-driven process improvements.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL proficiency.
• Experience defining program requirements using data to drive improvements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing).

Responsibilities

• Design and own the selection intelligence strategy and surface high-signal opportunities.
• Build scalable frameworks to convert market signals into prioritized leads for the Mexico marketplace.
• Partner with tech, science, and business teams to automate discovery processes.
• Use SQL, data analysis, and AI tools to drive insight generation at scale.
• Influence the selection roadmap by translating data into business recommendations.
