A leading security firm in Mexico City is looking for a dedicated Information Security professional specializing in Privileged Access Management. The role involves serving as a subject matter expert, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting audit processes. Candidates should have knowledge of IAM tools like Sailpoint and CyberArk, alongside strong technical skills. This position offers a chance to engage in diverse security functions and improve data quality through automation.

Formación

• Experience in reviewing Identity and Access Management processes.
• Ability to support Internal and External Audit requests.
• Competency in coordinating the adoption of Cyber Framework.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as SME for Privileged Access Management.
• Review user lifecycle and recertification processes.
• Contribute to the implementation of IAM/PAM controls.
• Support audits and ensure compliance requirements are met.

Overview

As an Information security - Privileged Access Management, your mission will be

ensuring adherence to the corporate policy and the execution of the PAM Controls

designed. You will be also responsible for procedures and controls to assure compliance

with applicable regulatory and legal requirements as well as good business practices.

We need someone to help us in different fronts:

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical subject matter expert for the Privileged access management
• Review Identity and Access Management process, covering user lifecycle, regular
• recertification processes, exceptions and approvals, in line with Santander Group
• Contributing to the development, implementation, and execution of the controls:
• documenting and reviewing the scope and objectives associated with the
• IAM/PAM controls.
• Supporting Internal and External Audit requests, working closely with Compliance,
• Audit and Risk & Control Partners to ensure actioned on a complete, accurate, and
• timely basis.
• Review of evidence / documents / controls to ensure required remedial action has
• been completed.
• Cyber technology risk management: coordinate the adoption of Cyber Framework,
• Cyber & Technology Risk policies and procedures ensuring that policies and
• procedures are compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of IAM tools, such as Sailpoint, CyberArk, etc;
• Spotting and addressing deficiencies between current and desired state of IAM
• related matters.
• Fostering automation wherever possible in order to ensure data quality and task
• scaling.
• Ensuring compliance requirements and supporting audits for the area of IAM
