Autoliv is seeking a Segment Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) to collaborate with external suppliers to develop robust processes and deliver high-quality parts. The role covers pre-qualification through successful component launches, with responsibilities including verification of supplier adherence to industry standards and Autoliv requirements, and driving resolution of non-conforming materials.

You will work with Project Launch, Purchasing, Engineering and other Quality teams to ensure quality

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• English speaking and writing skills are required.
• Automotive industry and/or engineering experience with strong problem solving.
• Lean and Six Sigma expertise.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with external suppliers to develop robust processes and deliver high quality parts.
• Involve in pre-qualification of the supplier through successful component launches.
• Verify suppliers’ use of industry standards and Autoliv requirements; follow up on non-conforming materials and events to closure.
• Work with internal teams to plan quality events and resolve issues; coordinate PPAP/PSW approvals with suppliers.
