Job summary

Corning in Reynosa, Mexico, is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead daily security operations, ensuring a safe environment for employees and assets. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a security or leadership role.
• Experience supervising teams or leading security operations.
• Strong decision-making skills, sound judgment, and ability to manage confidential information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and provide clear direction to others.
• Positive attitude, initiative, and a results-oriented work ethic.
• English proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site security officers, including performance oversight, training, and daily operational support.
• Partner with site leadership and contract security providers to ensure effective security coverage and service delivery.
• Implement security policies, procedures, and employee awareness initiatives to strengthen site security standards.
• Support investigations, security assessments, and site projects while helping ensure compliance with security systems and programs.
