Alignerr is seeking a Security Operations Analyst to help shape how AI detects, investigates, and responds to real-world security incidents. You will apply hands-on SOC experience to triage alerts, analyze incident data, and validate AI-generated workflows.

This fully remote hourly contract offers 10–40 hours per week. The role emphasizes independent work, clear written communication, and collaboration with frontier AI models to improve accuracy and trust in security operations.

Formación

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a SOC, incident response, or security operations role.
• Experience triaging alerts and investigating security events.
• Ability to distinguish genuine signals from noise and false positives.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze SOC scenarios, alerts, and incident data to assess threats and significance.
• Classify alert severity, identify root causes, and recommend response actions.
• Review AI-generated investigation workflows for accuracy and alignment with real-world practices.
• Validate AI outputs to reflect how experienced analysts triage and respond to threats.
• Provide expert feedback to improve AI models for security operations.
