The Security Manager, Mexico and LATAM manages physical and operational security across Mexico and assigned LATAM locations, ensuring that security risks are effectively assessed, mitigated and escalated. Under the guidance of Senior Security Management, the role translates approved CIMMYT security standards into practical country and regional frameworks, controls and procedures, and provides security management, analysis and operational decision‑making to protect personnel, assets and operations.
