CIMMYT is looking for an outstanding, self‑motivated, and result‑oriented professional to lead the coordination, technical implementation, and scaling of regenerative agriculture and responsible supply projects with private sector companies across the Central, Bajío, and Western regions of Mexico. • Formulate proposals, technically validate and plan sustainable trajectories of change for the development of new initiatives and projects that strengthen CIMMYT's portfolio, ensure resource mobilization and the inclusion of a diversity of rural actors, aligning corporate sustainability needs with the feasibility of their implementation.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Agribusiness, Agricultural Economics, Sustainable Development, Environmental Sciences, or closely related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in coordinating agricultural projects, regenerative agriculture, and meeting sustainability KPIs.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and accompanying agribusinesses in the implementation of business models, inclusive financing, contract farming models and risk management strategies.
