Job summary

United Guarding Services Ltd is seeking a Controller to manage our busy security control room, coordinating guards and responding to client requests at sites. You will oversee rostering, incident logging, and liaison with clients, using Logosoft and maintaining service standards.

The role requires an SIA licence, a full UK driving licence, excellent English, and the ability to work days, nights, and weekends on a flexible pattern. Applicants with supervisory rostering experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• SIA licence (Security/Door Supervision) required.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent command of English, spoken and written.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Flexibility to operational needs.

• 5 year verifiable work history.

Responsibilities

• Receive calls from clients, alarm receiving centres and officers.
• Manage holidays, sickness absences, and days off.
• Log incidents in the DOB and liaise with clients and management.
• Work with Logosoft to book on/off and manage rosters.
• Administration duties.
• Work as part of a team with the mobile officer to provide a quality service.
• Ability to work days or nights.
