Job summary

United Guarding Services Ltd is seeking a Controller to manage our busy security control room, coordinating guards and responding to client requests at sites. You will oversee rostering, incident logging, and liaison with clients, using Logosoft and maintaining service standards.

The role requires an SIA licence, a full UK driving licence, excellent English, and the ability to work days, nights, and weekends on a flexible pattern. Applicants with supervisory rostering experience are preferred.

Control - £11.00 - £11.50

Monday to Friday 19.00 - 07.00

Weekends 07.00 - 19.00 & 19.00 - 07.00

Job Introduction

We operate within the security guarding/mobile patrol industry and run an extremely busy control room, managing the allocation of guards and liaising with our clients to ensure the service runs smoothly. You will work both a day and night shift pattern managing our staff and dealing with client request and issues at their sites.

As the Controller it is your responsibility to liaise with our security personnel and clients you will possess excellent verbal and written skills. You must have good working knowledge of the Logosoft roster management system and should have at least two years supervisory experience of rostering and managing staff and have the ability to prioritise tasks. You must have experience of collating reports and managing issues as they arise whilst escalating incidents where necessary.

You must be flexible and be able to work hours as required for the business, which may include days, nights and weekends. This role is suitable for a person who is looking to develop their careers and who possess the ability to work on their own initiative whilst adhering to company procedures
