Job summary

Genpact seeks a seasoned Security Architect to define and implement end-to-end security for a multi-tenant SaaS platform. Lead IAM policies, KMS strategy, and tenant isolation, collaborating with engineering to enforce secure-by-design development.

Role requires hands-on AWS IAM, KMS, Cognito, VPC security, and security tooling, plus experience securing external SaaS platforms with IP data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in CS/IS/IT or related field
• Masters in CS or related field preferred
• Certifications in security (e.g., CISSP/GC) beneficial
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS security architecture

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end security architecture for a multi-tenant SaaS platform
• Own IAM policies, KMS encryption strategy, and tenant isolation models
• Design security controls for API access, data segregation, and services
• Ensure ISO 27001, IEC 62443 compliance and cloud security best practices
• Collaborate with engineering to enforce secure-by-design development
• Define audit, logging, monitoring, and incident response frameworks
• Implement least-privilege access and zero-trust architecture principles
• Hands-on with AWS IAM, KMS, Cognito, and VPC security tooling
• Secure external SaaS platforms with sensitive IP data
