Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Security Analyst I to join its Global Information Security team in Mexico City. The role focuses on monitoring and responding to security alerts, supporting critical tools, and driving remediation for high-priority incidents.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in security operations, strong EDR experience (CrowdStrike Falcon, Defender for Endpoint), and solid cloud security exposure across AWS/Azure/GCP. A BS degree in cybersecurity or related field is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Security Operations, Security Engineering, or Cybersecurity.
• Hands-on experience with EDR solutions such as CrowdStrike Falcon, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of network security principles, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and traffic analysis.
• Exposure to cloud security across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex security issues and collaborate across multiple technology teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience.
