Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an Information Security Manager to lead a global Security Operations team responsible for monitoring, incident response, and platform operations.

You will drive continuous improvement across endpoints, network, cloud, and identity security, partnering with Infrastructure, Cloud, Identity, and Security Engineering teams. The role focuses on building high-performing teams, strengthening security controls, and delivering runbooks and workflows to scale security

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Security Operations, Security Engineering, or Cybersecurity.
• 1-2 years of experience leading or managing security teams.
• Hands-on experience with EDR technologies such as CrowdStrike Falcon or Defender for Endpoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Security Operations professionals.
• Oversee L2 and L3 support for enterprise security technologies.
• Drive monitoring, investigation, and resolution of security events and escalations.
• Coordinate incident response activities, including containment and post-incident reviews.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Security Operations professionals.

Oversee L2 and L3 support for enterprise security technologies.

Drive effective monitoring, investigation, and resolution of security events and escalations.

Coordinate and participate in P1/P2 incident response activities, including containment, recovery, and post-incident reviews.

Optimize security operations technologies and processes across endpoint, network, identity, cloud, and enterprise environments.

Partner closely with Infrastructure, Cloud, Identity, and Security Engineering teams to strengthen security controls.

Lead vulnerability management, automation, compliance, and operational excellence initiatives.

Establish and improve runbooks, operating procedures, and security workflows.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in Security Operations, Security Engineering, or Cybersecurity.

1-2 years of experience leading or managing security teams.

Hands-on experience with CrowdStrike Falcon, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, or similar EDR technologies.

Strong knowledge of:

Vulnerability Management

Security Operations

Network Security

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Proven ability to lead teams, drive initiatives, and influence stakeholders across the organization.

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience.
