Responsibilities

The Opportunity

• Administrative point of contact for all updates, BAUs, and changes to Fieldglass application
• Design and test any new features in Fieldglass
• Review and investigate integration errors
• Identify and implement process enhancements
• Work with a variety of stakeholders to identify system enhancement priorities
• Manage Service Now Tickets
• Quarterly Release Management – Testing

Your Impact

As Sector IT Analyst, your responsibilities would include:

• Work with business analysts to document and manage business and functional requirements
• Analyze business processes and systems, identify inefficiencies, and document procedures; track key performance indicators. Translate business processes and requirements into functional specifications and/or configuration rationales/designs while enforcing design standards and best practices and meeting client needs
• Be an advocate for exploring standard solutions or leveraging packaged software first
• Prototype the configuration and test; as appropriate, apply the configuration in the gold client and re-test
• Adhere to PepsiCo’s change control standards & PepsiCo methodology / COE standards
• Collaborate with business analysts, internal and external customers to elicit their business concerns and develop workable solutions
• Work with business analysts and QA team to prepare test scenarios and data
• Possess a thorough understanding of data, sources of data, and relationships of data for at least one module/function
• Be accountable for the completion of work on time to meet business performance expectations
• Experience with obtaining and clarifying business requirements to exceed expectations in designing solutions
