The role involves leading cross-functional teams, driving cost/weight/quality targets, and providing on-site support during prototype, pre-production, and vehicle launch phases.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 3+ years in the automotive sector, with strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Complete engineering deliverables through GPDS milestones from definition to production.
• Lead issue resolution to meet GPDS milestones.
• Lead cost and weight targets for the seat system.
• Execute Target Delivery and Target Confirmation for cost, weight, quality.
• Support sourcing packages and tracking progress with tools.
• Provide on-site support for prototypes, pre-production builds, and vehicle launches.
