Under Armour in Toluca, State of Mexico is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and support store operations during peak seasons. The role includes stocking, front/back of house duties, and assisting customers both in-store and through digital channels.

The position is part-time, salaried, and suitable for energetic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexible schedules and opportunities for growth are offered.

Formación

• Must be at least 16 years old (or 18 in California)
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs./12kgs
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role
• Able to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods with/without accommodation
• Comfortable with/learn technology (computers, handhelds, mobile devices)

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service from greeting to checkout
• Help customers choose the right apparel and footwear
• Stock, straighten and clean the store
• Work front and back of store including POS and payments
• Fulfill omni-channel requests through the digital experience with teamwork
• Promote rewards program to customers
• Be accountable for self-development and growth opportunities
• Deliver omni-channel requests according to UA process and policy
• Fulfill scheduled hours per attendance policy
