Contractor Role


Cold Calling Experience


Location: Remote


Compensation:

  • $2,500 - $2,800 USD /month base salary + uncapped commission
  • Commission: $100 USD/deal + Additional Bonuses
  • OTE: $4,000 USD - $6,000 USD /month
  • Top Performer OTE: $6,000 USD - $8,000 USD

About the Role


As an SDR, you?ll be reaching out to restaurant owners to introduce them to a new way of growing revenue: delivery-only brands that work within their current kitchen setup. Your job is to communicate the value of this model, qualify their fit, and book appointments for the sales team to walk them through the opportunity.


This isn?t a tech sale - it?s a partnership offer - helping real operators earn more with less effort, using a model that?s already working in kitchens across the country.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in training and coaching sessions to develop your skillset
  • Make 100+ cold calls per day to small business owners (restaurant industry)
  • Navigate gatekeepers to connect directly with decision-makers
  • Use a structured script to quickly establish value and qualify leads
  • Set high-quality appointments for the sales team based on clear criteria
  • Log all outreach, lead details, and call outcomes accurately in the CRM
  • Continuously refine your pitch based on data and real-time feedback
  • Conversion Optimization: Improve connect rates, appointment rates, and close ratios over time
  • Monthly Standard Performance KPI (after first 2 months): 10+ closed deals per month

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of outbound sales experience (cold calling required)
  • Excellent spoken and written English (clear and professional communication)
  • Experience working with CRMs, dialers, and collaboration tools
  • Strong internet connection and fully remote setup
  • Availability to work remote, and full-time - aligned with U.S. Business hours

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or food service industry
  • Any direct experience with delivery apps (for e.g. UberEats) or other food-tech companies/services
  • Experience with CRMs like Close and online scheduling tools like Calendly

  • Conversion Optimization: Improve connect rates, appointment rates, and close ratios over time
