ENGIE Mexico is seeking a Network Operations SD WAN Expert to define, design and support SD-WAN and network security across data centers, cloud, and remote sites. You will work within the NAC Expertise team to deliver L3 support and incident resolution while collaborating with NOC and suppliers.

The role requires 3–5 years in network infrastructure and SD-WAN, with CCNA or Network+ and advanced English; French is a plus.

Formación

• Education: Network Engineer or related Bachelor degree + 4/5 years specialization.
• Experience: 3-5 years as a technical expert or architect with PM background and IT infra services + SD-WAN implementation and support.
• Certifications: CCNA or Network+ certification.
• Languages: Advanced English; French a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Define, design, build and provide L3 support for SD-WAN solutions (Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet).
• Write design and operating procedures; produce production documentation.
• Manage incidents and changes with Change Advisory Board involvement.
