Grupo Kabat in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León, Mexico, is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead teams within a SAFe framework in a hybrid setup (4 days on-site, 1 day remote). You will drive agile ceremonies, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of technology initiatives with high quality.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a Scrum Master, SAFe certification, proficiency in MS Project, Jira and Confluence, strong risk/dependency/impe diment management, and English at B2

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• SAFe experience is mandatory.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.
• Experience in risk, dependency, and impediment management.
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
• Intermediate-Advanced English (B2).

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the delivery of technology projects on time and within scope.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and promote Scrum and SAFe best practices.
• Coordinate teams and stakeholders to achieve objectives.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and blockers.
• Track metrics and executive reports using Jira and Confluence.
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, leading teams under scaled agile frameworks, mainly SAFe (mandatory).
• Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.
• Experience in risk, dependency, and impediment management.
• Full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience.
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
• Intermediate-Advanced English (B2 level).

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the delivery of technology projects and initiatives on time, within scope, and with high quality.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and promote Scrum and SAFe best practices.
• Coordinate teams and stakeholders to guarantee the achievement of objectives.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and blockers.
• Track metrics, KPIs, and executive reports using Jira and Confluence.
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization.

• Salary: $50,000 MXN.
