As a Manager-Consulting you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our consulting projects by leveraging your expertise in CX-Scrum Master methodologies. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless project execution and maintaining high standards in finance and accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting projects with a focus on customer experience and agile methodologies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Oversee the application of Scrum Master principles to enhance team collaboration and project efficiency.
• Provide strategic guidance on maintaining open invoices and applying cash to invoices for optimal financial management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with company objectives and deliver exceptional results.
• Ensure adherence to finance and accounting standards contributing to the company hence financial integrity.
• Develop and implement best practices for managing financial processes within the consulting domain.
• Monitor project progress and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance and achieve targets.
• Facilitate effective communication among team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
• Analyze project data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Support the development of innovative solutions to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all project activities.
• Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and contribute to their professional growth.
• Utilize hybrid work model to balance in-office and remote work ensuring flexibility and productivity.
