Responsible for wing-to-wing execution of technical projects to deliver high quality outcomes to internal and/or external customers. This includes gathering and documenting requirements, building functional and technical specifications and overseeing build/test/deploy milestones to drive project delivery.

Work independently, at the same time collaborating with all other roles within the team to ensure project meets organizational standards and customer needs.

In This Role, You Will

1. Interact with internal and/or external customers and product managers to understand customer needs and timelines
2. Collaborate with development and operations teams. Support them with scope considerations and project requirements
3. Demonstrate increasing understanding of project management
4. Demonstrate superior knowledge of software development life cycles to collaborate with Build and Release teams
5. Ensure that releases meet quality standards and functional requirements
6. Work with fellow team members and provide subject matter expertise to diagnose bugs and formulate solutions during testing cycles as well as during and after the project is deployed in production
7. Show increasing understanding of the technology stack and its impact on the final product
8. Demonstrate awareness of industry trends and domain expertise
9. Demonstrate ability to influence customers and project managers through persuasion and influencing

Required Qualification

1. Bachelor's Degree in with advanced experience.
2. Able to legally work in Mexico. This position can work remotely within Mexico.
3. Effective written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.
4. Certified Scrum Master
5. Experience working with software development lifecycle

9. Manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting
10. Ensure quality of deliverables is verified and matching stakeholder expectations
11. Track project outcomes realization and customer satisfaction levels through established metrics against service level. Ensure lessons learned are collected
12. Evangelizes how our technology solves customer problems from a technology and business perspective
13. Experience in customer engagement to facilitate requirements
14. Has the ability to break down problems and estimate time for development tasks
15. Has the ability to make basic technology choices based on experience
16. Has initiative to stay current on technology trends
17. Demonstrates the initiative to explore alternate technology and approaches to solving problems
18. Skilled in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements and estimating efforts
19. Has the ability to analyze impact of technology choices
20. Proactively identifies and removes project obstacles or barriers on behalf of the team
