Job Summary

The Sr. Agilist will play a pivotal role in driving agile methodologies within our automotive projects. With a focus on project management and agile requirements management the candidate will ensure seamless execution of projects. The role requires a deep understanding of the automotive industry and the ability to adapt agile practices to meet project goals. The work model is hybrid allowing for flexibility and the shift is during the day.

Responsibilities

• Lead agile transformation initiatives within the automotive sector to enhance project delivery and efficiency.

• Oversee the implementation of agile methodologies to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

• Provide guidance and support to project teams in adopting agile practices and principles.

• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups sprint planning and retrospectives to foster team collaboration.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with business goals.

• Manage project risks and issues proactively to minimize impact on project timelines.

• Ensure clear communication of project status and progress to stakeholders and team members.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize agile processes and practices.

• Utilize project management tools to track project performance and deliverables.

• Support the development of agile requirements and user stories to meet customer needs.

• Coordinate with the CX-Project Manager to ensure customer experience is prioritized in project execution.

• Mentor and coach team members to build agile capabilities and enhance team performance.

• Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering high-quality automotive solutions that impact society positively.

Qualifications

• Possess extensive experience in project management within the automotive industry.

• Demonstrate expertise in agile requirements management and agile methodologies.

• Have a strong background as a CX-Scrum Master with proven success in agile environments.

• Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

• Show proficiency in using agile project management tools and techniques.

• Display a commitment to continuous learning and improvement in agile practices.

Certifications Required

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
